For any inquires please email us or send us a direct message on our Instagram Page and we will respond to any messages as soon as we can. I aim to respond to emails within 48hr and working hours are 9am-5pm. However we are able to reply to any Instagram direct messages after this time.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.

We ship all of our orders with Royal Mail and below you will find more information on Delivery Times and Pricing.

We post all of our orders within in 2-4 days of ordering. After you have placed your order you will receive an email that it has been confirmed & a second email will be sent to you when your order has been shipped with your tracking number details..

Returns Policy

If you have received your goods and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please send back to the returns address below with the invoice inside telling us the reason for return i.e (too small, too big, doesn't suit me, not what I expected) so we are fully aware of the reason for return.

 We allow returns up to 14 working days from the day the order was made.
We will issue A full refund for the amount of the original purchased item, excluding delivery charges and we do not cover costs for returns postage unless the item was faulty or if you received an incorrect order. 
It is your own responsibility to ensure the item is returned to us and for your own protection we recommend using a postal service that insures you for the value of your goods and have the items tracked and signed for as we are not responsible if the item gets lost or delayed. Please provide a proof of postage email with a picture of this once you have returned your order to www.magnoliaroseclothing.co.uk
We will refund you you within 5 working days of receiving your order. You will receive an email confirming your refund which can take up to 14 days to arrive into your bank/paypal account. 

Sale Items: If you have purchased any item that is in the sale (discounted price) we do not offer any returns on these items. Any SALE items returned will be refused and we will contact you to notify.

Please ONLY return your items to us if they are UNWASHED and UNWORN. In original packaging, original labels attached, no makeup/fake tan/stains/marks, and any smells. If we receive the item back with any signs of the listed above your return will not be accepted and we will contact you to notify. Following this if you would like to have the item re-sent any further shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, an email will be provided with reasoning and picture evidence. Delivery charges are non refundable. 

Faulty items: If you have received an item which you think could be faulty, we do need to be notified (by email or direct message on instagram which is at the top of the screen) within 5 working days of receiving your item, otherwise any faulty items that go over this time limit will not be refunded.
We aim for all our items to be in perfect condition but unfortunately sometimes can be out of our hands and be a manufactory issue.
*Please note a creased/wrinkled item or any loose thread is not deemed as faulty*
